Join Bid Tophill in the community room for a free, drop-in workshop to assemble celebratory masks, crowns and headdresses for a procession made out of simple materials. Suitable for all ages – children must be accompanied by an adult.
After the workshop, wear your freshly-made animal mask and accessories outside the Museum at 3pm, in our folk procession through the town centre featuring Morris dancers and other fantastical creatures. All welcome to join in the procession – homemade folk costumes encouraged.

In rural Wales, a cottage built in one night stands still in time. Beneath its thatched roof is the story of two women beloved by an entire village. Tŷ Unnos is a fairytale documentary told through the eyes of the children who once visited. The past flickers back to life through memories of Penrhos and the legacy of its last owners.
