An early morning swim is always worth getting up for!

This event is taking place at Mermaid Beach alongside the Lower Leas Coastal Park.

To celebrate the short documentary Plunge, join us for a dip at Mermaid Beach. Bring a towel, warm clothes, a hot drink, and breakfast if you like.

Everyone is welcome and there’s no pressure to go in the sea – just come along for some bracing sea air and hang out with filmmakers, filmgoers and sea swimmers.
