To celebrate their 70th birthday, Pearl & Dean presented an exclusive preview screening of Empire of Light at selected cinemas, in association with Searchlight Pictures.

This special New Year’s Day preview gave local people the chance to see Empire of Light – filmed just around the coast at Margate’s historic Dreamland cinema – before its nationwide cinema release. Guests were treated to free popcorn in special Empire of Light boxes, and received exclusive Empire of Light film postcards to commemorate the event.
