*Gold Membership free tickets are limited to two free tickets per film, per year. Silver Membership free tickets are limited to a maximum of two uses for each film/performance. Bronze Membership free tickets are limited to a maximum of one use for each film/performance. **Discounted tickets are only available on standard-price shows, not including “Free List Suspended” films. ***Priority booking is available on selected films in our main programme & certain events, subject to membership type. Tickets will be exclusively available to members for a minimum period of 48 hours prior to general sale. ****Paid-for tickets can be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method upon request, provided we receive your request at least 60 minutes before the performance. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded within 60 minutes of the performance time, or once the performance time has elapsed.
On occasion, certain films and events may be excluded from member benefits; these will be clearly marked as “Free List Suspended” on our website.
Bronze membership gives you the following benefits:
1 Limited to one free ticket use per film/performance, and one discounted ticket per film for standard-price shows. Standard-price shows marked “Free List Suspended” not included. Shows with special price tickets may not be discounted.
Silver membership gives you the following benefits:

All of our memberships include Film Club benefits, but if you don’t want to become a full member, you can support our Thursday morning Film Club by purchasing annual membership for Film Club shows only.
