Our vouchers can be used as payment at the Silver Screen Cinema, Folkestone. When partially redeeming a voucher, any change will be given as a new voucher. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Vouchers are not redeemable if lost, stolen, expired, or if the voucher code cannot be read. Yes, we sell physical A5-sized gift vouchers from our box office during cinema opening hours. These are printed on thick paper stock.
Yes, if you only redeem part of your gift voucher, you will receive a replacement gift voucher code for the value of any change due from your purchase. If you use a gift voucher on our website, the replacement code will be included in your order confirmation email.

On our website, gift vouchers can be used against tickets, booking fees, and memberships. Gift vouchers can also be used in-person at our cinema to purchase tickets or memberships from our box office, and refreshments from our kiosk.
