Tickets can be purchased online or in-person at our box office. We recommend booking in advance, as most shows have allocated seating and sometimes sell out. Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket sales, so please read these before purchasing.
Babies go in FREE – you don’t need to buy a ticket for them unless they need a seat.
Admission varies in price by seating area and booking method. Adult tickets also vary in price by day and time.
The price of all internet and telephone bookings includes a non-refundable 60p booking fee per person. This helps to cover our costs of providing the advance booking service to you.
Admission to standard shows also include a venue levy of 60p per person. This levy helps to fund improvements and repairs at your local independent cinema.
To avoid any hidden charges, the above fees are shown as part of the total price of admission when purchasing tickets online or on the door. They are also included in the standard price ranges shown above.
Different ticket prices than those shown above may apply for non-standard shows and special events; please check performance and event information for details.
Tickets are generally non-refundable, so please check your order details before completing your purchase.
We may be able to move or amend tickets upon request; please reply to your order confirmation email at least 60 minutes before the performance time, clearly stating your request.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change any tickets for shows which have already opened for admission.
Adults aged between 18 and 59 years must purchase a full-price Adult ticket, unless eligible for a Discount or Student ticket with appropriate proof of status.
Adult tickets cost £2 extra all day at weekends, after 5pm on Thursdays & Fridays, and all day on bank holidays. At all other times, discount prices will apply to adult tickets for standard shows.
Balcony tickets cost an additional £1 for adults.
Children aged between 2 and 17 years are eligible for Child tickets. Proof of age may be required, particularly for age-restricted shows; see the “Age Restrictions” section below for details. Children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. After 6pm, children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Children are not permitted on our balcony for reasons of safety.
For children under 24 months, please see the “Babies” information below.
Adults aged 60+ are eligible for our Senior ticket. Proof of age or status may be required.
Balcony tickets cost an additional £1 for seniors.
During weekends, bank holidays, and on Thursday & Friday evenings, people aged 18+ who are students with ID, Blue Light cardholders, Defence Discount cardholders, National Carers cardholders, and Carers Card UK cardholders can receive £2.00 off one full-price adult ticket. Please select the “Student” or “Discount” ticket type as appropriate when booking, and remember to bring your student ID or discount card with you when you visit. One ticket will be discounted per ID/card.
Balcony tickets cost an additional £1 for holders of eligible ID/cards.
Family tickets are valid for 1 adult and 3 children, or 2 adults and 2 children. Adults must be aged 18+ and children must be aged under 15.
Family tickets are only available for selected shows and films, and are not valid for balcony seats.
As with all standard tickets, per-person booking fees apply when buying online or over the phone.
You do not need to buy a ticket for children aged under 24 months, provided the child is held in your arms, seated on your lap. However, if your child needs a seat of their own, you will need to purchase a Child ticket for them.
We regret that pushchairs cannot usually be brought into the screens for standard shows due to lack of space, but we will happily store these for you outside the auditorium.
If you need assistance to visit our cinema, you can use your CEA Card or Access Card (with +1 symbol) to receive a free ticket for someone* to accompany you. See our Accessibility page for more information.
Booking fees do not apply to Companion tickets purchased online or over the phone.
Our premises license requires us to check proof of age for some films. It also requires us to have additional age restrictions for all films, which become stricter after 6pm.
Every film we show has an age rating which may restrict who can watch it. When you visit us, we may ask to see your proof of age before we can admit you. If you are aged 13 or over, the safest and easiest way to prove this is with your Digital ID.
Parental guidance. General viewing, but some scenes may be unsuitable for children younger than 8 years.
For more information about age ratings, visit the BBFC website.
Some additional age restrictions also apply, regardless of the film's rating:
When we say "adult", we mean someone aged 18 or over. When we say "parent or guardian", we mean someone who has parental responsibility of the child. When we say "accompanied by", we mean someone who has arrived with the child and will sit with them during the film. They are expected to supervise and control children in their care, and must not leave them unattended while at our cinema.
If you are under 21 and are visiting us to watch an age-restricted film, or for any film after 6pm, we may not be able to admit you unless you show proof of age.
If you are 13 or over, the safest, easiest, and quickest way to prove this is with your Digital ID. This takes just minutes to create with an ID document and photo, and then you’re set up for life. Your details are encrypted in your app and only you can see them.
Digital ID works with Post Office EasyID, Yoti ID, and Lloyds Bank Smart ID apps. It is now accepted at cinemas, Post Offices, and many convenience stores across the UK.
To find out more and get your free Digital ID, visit Yoti.com and download the free Yoti app.

Alternatively, our box office can also accept some additional forms of photo ID as proof of age, including UK Passports, UK Driving Licenses, and PASS Cards such as the Post Office PASS Card.
We may be able to accept other photo ID on a case-by-case basis, such as a local school ID photo card displaying the holder’s date of birth; however, we cannot promise to accept photo ID unless listed above. We strongly recommend bringing one of the above forms of photo ID, as we are guaranteed to accept these.
