House Rules

Please check your order before completing an online purchase. It is your responsibility to book the correct film, date, & time.

Please arrive before your performance time. Latecomers may not be admitted to the film.

If you have booked, please remember to bring your confirmation email, paper ticket, or reference number, otherwise we may not be able to admit you.

Please bring any proof of age or status that your ticket requires. We may not admit you without this.

We cannot admit unaccompanied children under 12 years after 6pm. Unaccompanied children under 8 years will not be admitted at any time. Young children must be supervised and controlled at all times by the accompanying adult.

Do not bring any hot food into our cinema. We do not allow hot food inside the auditoria.

Do not bring any alcohol into our cinema. We do not allow alcohol to be brought into our cinema from outside.

Do not bring any recording devices into our cinema. It is an offence to record and distribute a film.

Do not use any mobile devices inside the auditorium during the film. You may be asked to leave if you use one.

Do not smoke or vape in our cinema. It is against the law to smoke inside the building.

Do not disrupt the film for others or behave in an anti-social way. You may be asked to leave if you do this.

Do not harass, abuse, or be rude to our team. We have a zero-tolerance policy on abuse.

We also have a general “no-refund” policy. In certain situations, we may permanently bar someone from entry.

We are part of the Folkestone Area Partnership Against Crime (FAPAC); being barred from our cinema may result in being barred from other venues in Folkestone, and vice versa.

For lost property, please contact us. Found property is usually kept for one month before being donated or recycled, but may also be disposed of immediately due to issues of hygiene or safety.
